Terms of use

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These terms apply to your use of blaskitostudios.com, operated by Juan Pablo Blasco Almeida, an individual in Mexico doing business as Blaskito Studios (“Blaskito Studios”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them.

The website

The site presents our products and lets you join launch lists. Information about products in development, including features, platforms, prices and dates, describes our current plans and may change before release.

Purchases

We don’t sell anything on this site yet. When we do, purchases will be handled by a payment provider acting as reseller (merchant of record), and each product will come with its own license terms, which will be shown before you buy.

Open-source software

OpenDAW is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. Its source code is available on GitHub, and the GPL governs your rights to use, modify and share it. Paid installers don’t change those rights.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, the Blaskito Studios name and logo, product names, artwork and text belong to Juan Pablo Blasco Almeida or his licensors, except where a different license is stated. You may link to the site and quote small portions with attribution. Please don’t reuse our artwork or branding without permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, or submit other people’s email addresses to our launch lists.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or online. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
